You have obtained required model or property releases where applicable.

The Content does not contain unlawful material.

You have the authority to grant the rights required by the applicable Contributor Agreement.

You remain responsible for the Content you submit.

12. Contributor License to Pikvector

By submitting Content to Pikvector, you grant Pikvector the rights necessary to:

Host the Content

Store the Content

Process the Content

Review and moderate the Content

Display the Content

Create previews or thumbnails

Promote the Content

Make the Content available to Customers

Process transactions involving the Content

Deliver the Content to licensed Customers

Perform technical processing necessary to operate the platform

The precise scope of the Contributor's license, exclusivity, payment rights, and termination provisions may be governed by a separate Contributor Agreement.

If a separate Contributor Agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding Contributor-specific matters, the Contributor Agreement will control those matters.

13. Content Review and Moderation

Pikvector may review Content submitted to the platform.

We may reject, remove, restrict, or disable Content that we reasonably believe:

Violates these Terms

Violates applicable law

Infringes third-party rights

Contains prohibited material

Is misleading or fraudulent

Does not meet technical requirements

Does not meet marketplace standards

Creates legal or security risks

Pikvector is not required to publish every submitted file.

14. Copyright Complaints and Takedown Requests
