Pikvector respects copyright and intellectual-property rights.
If you believe that content available on Pikvector is duplicated, copied, stolen, or infringes your copyright or another person's intellectual-property rights, you can report it to our team.
We will review legitimate reports and, where appropriate, may remove, disable, or restrict access to the reported content.

What Can You Report?
You can report content if you believe it is:
A duplicate of your original work

Copied from another stock website
Uploaded without permission
Used without the required license
An unauthorised reproduction
An unauthorised modification of your copyrighted work
A stolen photograph, vector, illustration, video, template, or graphic
Content that violates your intellectual-property rights

Please describe the original work and explain why you believe you own or control the relevant rights.
For example:

4. Explain the Problem
Please clearly explain why you believe the Pikvector content is duplicated, copied, or infringing.
For example:
“The Pikvector file appears to be a copy of my original design published on my website.”
or:
“I am the copyright owner of the original photograph, and this image has been uploaded to Pikvector without my permission.”
Please provide any additional information that may help us compare the two works.
5. Proof of Ownership
Where available, please provide reasonable evidence supporting your claim.

7. Authorisation
If you are reporting on behalf of the copyright owner, please explain your relationship with the copyright owner and confirm that you are authorised to submit the report.
What Happens After You Report?
After receiving a report, Pikvector may:
Review the information provided.
Compare the reported Pikvector content with the identified original work.
Request additional information or evidence.
Contact the relevant contributor or account holder where appropriate.
Temporarily restrict or disable access to the reported content where appropriate.
Remove the content if we determine that removal is appropriate.
Take additional action under our Terms & Conditions and Copyright Policy.
The outcome may depend on the evidence provided, applicable law, the rights involved, and the circumstances of the report.
Content May Be Removed During Investigation
Where appropriate, Pikvector may temporarily disable access to reported content while a copyright or duplicate-content complaint is being investigated.
A report does not automatically establish that infringement has occurred.
We may request additional evidence before making a final decision.
If the Report Is Confirmed
If Pikvector determines that content violates our policies or applicable rights, we may:
Remove the content
Disable downloads
Disable the content page
Restrict the contributor's ability to submit the content
Request clarification from the contributor
Remove duplicate copies
Suspend or terminate an account where appropriate
Take other measures permitted by our policies and applicable law
False or Misleading Reports

Do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious copyright complaints.
A false claim may delay legitimate investigations and may have legal consequences under applicable law.

You may report content even when you are not the copyright owner if you believe that the same Pikvector asset has been uploaded multiple times or that duplicate marketplace listings exist.
